Sub-Conscious Mind & Imagination : Few Tips

Chandru is a man of dreams. He was the school topper, university gold medalist and got recruited by a top IT firm. His achievements were spread across the sports too. He was a very good Cricket player and a fast swimmer.  He speaks four languages fluently.

He was the best dancer too. It is a big endless list. In one word he is “multitalented’. When I first met him years ago, I asked him what was the reason behind his success in all aspects of Life. He said “I imagine that I am excelled in all activities I do”, unknowingly he was using his Sub-conscious mind very effectively!

“Logic will get you from A to B, Imagination will take you everywhere” – This could be the easiest way to explain the power of Imagination. This was quoted by mankind’s greatest scientist Albert Einstein.

Imagination is everything.  When you imagine something, your mind starts to think something creative. You are going to “create” something. When you create something you are called as creator. It could be a small thing like a drawing or some idea to declutter the house. It starts from your imagination. But it is being operated by your conscious mind. Consciously you are thinking which is not in your present existence. So, here the important question arises, How does Imagination be related to Sub-conscious mind? The answer is, Imagination is not related to sub-conscious mind. Because you are thinking(or imagining) from the upper layer of your mind. So the next question is, how to imagine from our sub-conscious mind? This is where most of us failed to understand the real potential of Sub-conscious mind and simply imagine from our upper layer(conscious mind) and leave it there.

Following are few practices to imagine from you Sub-conscious mind:

Golden Mornings:

Mornings are more important and it should always start with a positive note. Never allow a negative thought or negative person to kill your golden morning. Early morning is the best time to access your sub-conscious mind. You are just awake from the sleep. As we know, our sub-conscious wakes up when we sleep. It is in full operation when we sleep. So once you wake up, your conscious mind takes over.

Let us take an example that you want to manifest a house.

Now, close your eyes and relax your body. Breathe in and breathe out slowly for few mins, slowly you will move into the alpha state. Alpha state of mind is where sub-conscious mind resides.

Now, start to imagine the house you want. The street, entrance, door steps, wooden door, then the living room, that couch, Television and all other objects in that room. Then move to the next room and feel that you are there. Open the window and feel the morning breeze. See the nearby street from your balcony. See the kids playing out there. Feel it.  Now you are mentally in that house. Thru imagination you have traveled to a place which does not exist. But your sub-conscious does not know the difference between reality and imagination(In LOA words, we call this as Visualization).

So, successfully you have “imagined” a house from your bed. If you keep doing this on a daily basis with much feel and emotion, your sub-conscious mind will start interacting with the Universe/God(based on your belief) and get your imagination into reality. You will construct or buy a house based on your imagination.

Attracting hours:

We know the real master inside us is our sub-conscious mind. Every day if you keep doing the imagination on a particular time then it will be programmed or instructed to your master that, at this particular time he has to do his action 🙂 If you keep doing at 5 A.M for ten days and miss it on the 11th day, no worries. Your master inside you knows it is the time for action and he will do the rest. So, sticking to an exact time is more important.

If you master the master inside you, you will attract your desire in a super fast mode. All your manifestations will be done easily.

London Learning – How to remove Limitations?


Last weekend I was in London [I have attracted this trip using this method :)] Being a Cricket fanatic, I wanted to visit the historical Lords Cricket Ground and reached there at 11 A.M for the ground tour. A guide took us through the pavilion, balconies and other places of the ground. He was explaining everything in a detailed manner. Among us, there were two boys around 7 or 8 years old. They were listening to the guide keenly and kept on asking several questions. Their enthusiasm was amazing but what made others stunned was the answer they told to the guide for a particular question. In Lords ground, there is a board hanging on the pavilion wall. It is called Honours board. When a player hits a century or taken five wickets in Lords ground, their name will be added to this board and it is a dream for every cricketer.

When the guide was explaining this to us, he turned to those two boys and asked

“Are you happy to see this board little men?”

They both replied instantly “Yes we are, but we will be happier to see our name up there”

Listening to this conversation, I was shocked for a moment.  We all wanted to visit the historical places, but in this budding age those boys had a big dream and marching towards history! In fact, they wanted to be part of the history. I wished their dad and told him one day I will see them on the same ground playing cricket for their country. He has taught them one thing, our mind has NO limit. That sparks me to write this article.


Most of us are excelled in one thing – Limiting ourselves. Before we could know the problem, we block our mind not letting it think of the solution. Before we face a challenge we tell to our mind that we cannot do it. If we are applying for a Job in a multinational company, before even knowing the opportunities we inform our mind that “this is a big company, I will not get the Job here” we are masters in limiting our own potential.

Some people are even more good in giving wrong advice to others and try to limit others mind!  We have a BIG universe in front of us, we have millions of opportunities in front of us, we have thousands of role models walking before us, but still, we are super good in limiting ourselves. As you know, our Sub-conscious mind is our servant when we order something to it. But once our inner servant receives the order, he will work wonder and make all our orders become a reality! So, when you limit yourself all the doors of possibilities, all the windows of positivities are purposefully closed by your own Sub-conscious mind!  As I mentioned earlier, sub-conscious mind is your servant when he receives the order. But when he started executing those orders given by you, he works like a workhorse and makes sure your order has been executed 100%.

How to remove limitations?

So, the million dollar question for all of us is, how do we remove limitations? It is a simple process.  I listed down few key points for you to take a note of it.

  1. Never say “I cannot”  before you start anything, you cannot live in antartica so be happy and accept the challenge first.
  2. Once you accepted the challenge, start exploring it. Lets take an example here, you were given an assignment in your college about Underwater Speciecs.  You have no idea about it and the next moment you get nervous and you start telling to yourself that you cannot do this assignment. Mr.Servant – Sub-conscious recevies your order and make you zero progress on the assessment. Instead, just tell to yourself, “I am new to this, but I will explore it and do this assignment successfully” If you say so, again Mr.Servant wakes up and he receives your order and make the people or circumstances to work for you and get the assignment done.
  3. During your challenge(in this case – assignment) whenever you feel low just relax and have a quick self-talk saying “I am feeling low now, But I am above the issue, I am above the low level, my Universe/God is working for me” – This will make you feel ease that someone else is working for you!
  4. Once you overcome the challenge, be grateful for each and every moments and fill your heart, mind and soul with happiness. Happines is the best gift you can give to your sub-conscious mind!
  5. If you think you are unable to do your work or you are unmoved from your current situation, you are attracting the same results. If you need a good result you should think of the good beginning. It is that simple!

Never limit or self-doubt yourself. Your inner being has more potential than you think of. Hundred years back if wright brothers had limitations we would have not seen the metal bird – aeroplane on the planet now.

Life is limitless. Universe is limitless. Your mind is limitless. You are a infinite being. Life the life without any limit and be happy with a huge smile on your face always. Life is yours! 🙂

Universal Friend – Two methods to befriend the Universe!

Who is a best friend? The one who cares for you, the one who are with you to share your happiness and success, the one who will listen and give you the shoulder whenever you needed. Most importantly, the one who is with you when the world is against you.  All of us in this life has got such friends.

But life is larger than friendship. The universe is even larger than the life. How good would it be if you can befriend the universe? There will be only one difference between the Universe as a friend and a human as a friend. Human friendship might fade away or leave you. But the universe will never leave you if you follow few practices.

I have listed two methods to befriend the Universe. if you keep practicing these and if you are able to master these practices you will have a new friend for your life forever, named as “The Universe”.

1.Nature Method:  

We love when it rains or we fall in love when we see a butterfly. We travel to a hill station to see the beauty of nature. We love nature in few things only. But if you want to befriend the Universe, you should observe the tiny things in our day-to-day life. In a day, how many times have you spoken to nature? Have you ever said a hello to a tree?  or Have you ever spoken to a fallen leaf?  If your heart blossoms like a flower whenever you hear a sound of a little bird, then it means you are aligned with nature. Start to look out of the window.  Most of us trying to find answers for our problems to others. But if you are aligned with nature, all your unanswered questions will be answered. If you are able to communicate with nature, you are in the friend’s list of the Universe 🙂

2. Fun Method:

A friend who brings happiness also brings the fun.  The Universe loves fun. To become a friend of Universe, leave your ego behind you and have a kid-like attitude. Have fun with your work. Have fun with the people around you. Laugh out loud when you read a Joke. Never restrict yourself for others. Other people cannot be you. They cannot live your dream. If you want to be happy forever, all you need is to do some changes in you. You are reading this article because you want a change in Life. Change is always tough in the beginning, but the best part of the change is when you embrace it with a little fun(in fact more fun) that change will bring much happiness to your mind, soul and body.

When you do things with fun and laughter, you are inching closer to the Universe. In other words, the Universe is inching closer to you. Yes, you are attracting the best friend, Universe to you. Have fun 🙂

If you have the friendship with Universe all your desires will come true. All your dreams will come into reality. It is that simple.

I hope you will have a new friend for life soon. I forgot to mention something, the other name of Universe is God 🙂

Walk-Back! – An inspiring story of an Old Man


It was back in the winter of 2014 I had this experience. We went to China and stayed in a place named “Wuxi” 150kms away from Shangai. It was a beautiful town which has many rivers, ponds and mesmerizing flowers all over the place. I and my friend decided to go for walking after few months of restless work. So we got up early at 5 A.M and start the walking/jogging habit. I still remember that day, it was a Saturday early morning we both geared up for our first day “walking”.

We had our winter jackets on and came out of our hotel. My friend ran after stepping out of the Hotel but I could not face the cold wind passing thru my face so I walked slowly. After few mins of the walk, I sat on a roadside rock and taking a little break. That is when I saw this old Chinese man must be in his late seventies, he was walking backward and waving his hands front and back. I never saw a man walking backward that too an old man like him in my life. For me, it was a new sight, so I asked him the reason for walking backward. But in China, it is very tough to communicate with them as 90% of them does not speak English.

So I dropped the thought of asking the reason and went for my walk. From that day onwards, every day we went for the early morning walk and almost every day I see this old man walking backward.

I googled and find out walking backward is one exercise which will strengthen our calves. But still I wanted to ask him to know the reason, so next day I went to him and greet him in Chinese(the only thing I learned in Mandarin, though ;). He looks at my eyes and smiled, then said “I am doing great son” in English! I astonished for a second and asked him how he speaks English. He replied he has worked in the UK for some time and he learned English there. Then I asked him the reason for his backward walk. He said this, “Son, I live here in this town for 60 years. I have had great friends and none of them are alive now.

Being alone is the toughest part in one’s life. So I went for the morning walk every day and see the beauty of nature, singing birds, beautiful flowers smiling at me and the riverside where I can see beautiful fishes. Then one day I walked backward for a few steps it gives me a feel I walk back into my past and meet all my friends and all the wonderful moments came into my memory and I felt the immediate happiness that my friends are always with me. Also, I felt every day my age is getting reduced and now my mind is always young. I know living in the present moment is the precious gift we all have.
But sometimes we need to travel back to our past and cherish our best moments with our friends. Must you be a Pakistani/Indian right?
“I am from India, Sir” I replied but my mind was thinking about his words. By that time, we reach the point where we need to take a different path to reach our destination.
“Thanks for the time and explanation sir, May I know your age? You look very strong at this age, that is why asking you, please do not mistake me” I asked him with little hesitation.
“I am turning 105 next week son, see you tomorrow then,” he said calmly and started to walk.
I was stunned and sat near the pathway bench for a while. He looks like a seventy-year-old man but crossed a century in this planet! His face holds the smile always and he lives with nature!Later I came to know he lives in a house all alone but meets his friends in his “Walk Back” practice and his life moves on with a mindset of a young man with a smile always on his lips and soul! His story made me realized two things, Friends are the angels sent by God to us and living in the present moment by thinking about the wonderful moments in the past, we create our future which is going to be healthy and filled with happiness and bliss – always.

Whenever I feel stressed, I go for a “Walk-Back” practice and think about the wonderful&fun moments I had with my friends in the past and bring the happiness to present. By doing this, I create my future which I know, how it would be 🙂

Two practices to overcome Anxiety – Power of “Now”

I recently traveled to a village in South India. I met a man there in his late eighties who is a well-known traveler. The best part is all his journey in his Life is by Walk. He never traveled in any of the public transport.  He walked from down south of India to the northern most part of India. I asked him one question. Which is the best place he has ever visited in his long journey of over 50 years? He answered quietly, “I love the Journey rather than the destination”. How true it is! We all have a desire in our heart and running towards that all the time but have we ever think about the Journey?

If you want to reach a good destination your journey should be a good one. We have heard from many that “Tough road leads to best place”. Agreed. The road can be a tougher one, but it is YOU who can make the journey a happier one and that will lead you to reach your destination quickly and make your destination a happier place.

We all want to achieve something in our life and all the time we are running towards that, be it a career, business success, earning Money or a better relationship. All the time we are thinking about the future and missing the precious moment called “Now”. Now is nothing but the Journey! If you want to make more money, you should think about the money you have and feel good about it. But if you feel that you have less money then you will become restless or anxious about your future.

In this article, I have listed two practices which will help you to think about the Now and eliminate the anxiety of thinking about the future all the time.

  1. Zero Worry: Whenever you started thinking about your future and unable to control your thoughts just think that you have ZERO worries.  Tell yourself you are a worry free person who is destined for happiness every single moment. By doing this, you are bringing back your mind to the present and you will start thinking about the present.You will start loving the current reality in front of you rather than thinking about the future. Always remember, you are not living in your past or future you are living in present. By worrying about your future will kill your present and eventually it will have a negative impact on your future too! So tell yourself “I am a ZERO worries person and I live in this moment”.

2.KOT Method: Wonder what is KOT? It is “Killing overthinking”. Yes, we must crush the overthinking. It is one of the unwanted habits we have developed because of the external factors. You would have seen in your family/friends few are always thinking thinking thinking unnecessarily. All the time they think about one or the other things or think about others. Do you think you can change others by this overthinking? or Do you think things will change if you keep on thinking about something which you cannot change? Then there is no point in overthinking. Overthinking kills your present peacefulness and brings more worries and health issues to you.

To overcome this, whenever you feel you are overthinking take a piece of paper and start writing about the thing/people which make you overthink. Write it as a paragraph without having a full-stop. Keep writing all the garbage thoughts coming into your mind. Once you completed see the size of the paragraph. It will be definitely more than 20 lines and you will realize you are wasting your precious “NOW” and thinking something which is controlling your mind and soul. Tear that paper and throw it away. Have a deep breath. You will feel much ease. Do this KOT method whenever overthinking trying to take control over you. You will kick this habit out of you very soon.

(Note: I am not talking about the positive thinking or visualization here, this overthinking is something which you do for nothing, which you know very well it is not needed but still you think over and over, so do not confuse this unwanted habit with Visualization 🙂 )

We should know the importance of “Now” which I mentioned above as Journey. If you keep thinking only about your destination you will lose the precious things in front of you and ended up in your destination empty-handed.

Additional Note:

Some of us always think about our enemies and keep waiting to hear their defeat. Being a LOA practitioner we should bless our enemy and move on! If you feel happy only if your enemy is down, it means all your energy is focused on your overthinking of your enemies defeat. You will lose your happiness until you hear the defeat of your enemy! In fact, this planet has no enemies. An enemy is a reflection of your own character. If you see something not going your way with a person then you “consider” them as your enemy.  If you are a real positive thinker feel happy when your enemy wins!

Live in the present and be happy!

How to attract your dream Job – A story of Rs.100 to Rs.600000 in 30 Days

It was a breezy February morning in 2010; I met this guy in Marina Beach in Chennai. A man in his late twenties wearing a blue t-shirt and black Jean. He was sitting in front of the sea and saying something to himself. I walked up to him and sat next to him. Observed him for a minute and then asked him “What are you saying to yourself?”, Without wasting a nanosecond he replied: “ I talk to the most important person in this world – ME!”. My eyebrows raised, I asked him “Please tell me about this” and started to listen to him. Here is what he said:

“I was telling myself I am going to get the job offer today evening. I worked for a leading software company from 2006 and during the recession, I was thrown out of the company for NO reason. I lived a king’s life when I worked for them and I was always loyal to them, but in the end, I was shown the door for nothing. I felt very low after that and didn’t even speak to anyone for weeks. It was then I was introduced to a book named “The Secret”, I read several self-development books before but this book had some magic in it and specifically, I liked the “Visualization” part. So I decided to attract my next Job using visualization. I practiced visualization for exactly one month and today I attended the Interview in an IT company and am waiting for the offer letter. Here are the steps how I attracted the Interview:

Pre-Visualization Steps:

Step 1: Choose your place first, where you want to work. You are going to work for one company only so choose the name of your desired company. Example: Microsoft or Google

Step2:  Never have a second thought like this “Will I get a job? Am I worth it? Will I get 5lakhs per annum? Will I get selected?” – Remember, All these “doubts” are blocking the job coming your way!

Step 3: Don’t worry about “how”. “How will I get an offer in Google!!” “How can I get a job there with 10 thousand applicants along with me” – As per the law of attraction, “How” is not your job, Universe/God will take care of “how” and move the people and circumstances to reach you. Just forget the word “How” for a while ?

Step 4:  Apply for your desired Job (let us take google as your desired company)

During Visualization Steps:

Step 1: After applying for the desired Job, close your eyes and be in a calm place and visualize “Your job application reached the HR’s email. He/she opens the email and seeing your profile and calls his peers and tells, “Looks like this profile suits our requirement, Can we screen this profile? He says “Yes”

Step 2: Visualize, you are taking a nap after a hefty lunch. Suddenly, your mobile starts ringing and you see an unknown number calling you. You are attending the call and realize it is from Google HR department! Wow , you are jumping out of your bed in excitement and come to know that your profile has been picked for first round of interview. They say a call letter will be issued in ten mins. As expected, you get your call letter in your gmail account in ten mins. You open it with super excitement and see your name printed there and check the venue details.

Step 3: After you receive the call letter from Google, you are informing your parents/friends/beloved ones, saying you are going to attend an Interview in Google!

Step 4: After you inform all, you are back in your room and start reading some technical stuff and some “how to attend interview for team lead/software engineer position” on the internet and prepare yourself – Note: All this you are doing by closing your eyes and seeing thru your closed eyes and feel so happy that all your cells are glowing with super excitement!

Step 5: Visualize the interview date. Now the D-day has come! Yes, this is the day you are going to get your Job in Google! You get up early in the morning and are getting ready for the interview. Wearing a professional attire and kick start your bike to the Interview location.


Step 6: While driving, you feel so light and excited that after Interview you are going to call your parents and say this “I got selected in Google”, now you reached the Google office.

Step 7: You park your vehicle in the parking basement and get a token for it. Walking towards the elevator and press 2 as the interview call letter says the second floor.

Step 8: You are seeing two other guys joining you in the elevator and you reach the second floor. The moment you steps out of the elevator, you feel the chill air from the air-conditioned room. It is so refreshing after a long drive from your home. You reach out to the receptionist now.

Step 9: Receptionist says a hello to you and hands over a form to fill. You fill up the form and give it back to her and she asks you to wait.

Step 10: Now you are relaxed and sitting on the comfortable sofa observing the interior decoration of that huge waiting hall. Walls are painted nicely and you can see “G O O G L E” board behind the head of that receptionist.  Plants with big leaves are kept on the corner of the hall.

Step 10: You have been asked to come in with much excitement and little nervous you are entering into the room where you will be interviewed.

Step 11: Interviewer wears a spectacles and he is a middle aged man in his crocodile t-shirt. He speaks very softly and you have answered all his questions confidently. After few mins he gives you a firm handshake which gave you a feeling that says “Welcome to Google” 🙂

Step 12: You are asked to wait for few more mins outside the interviewer room and an HR lady comes to you and says this with a warm smile on her lips “Congrats, you have been selected for Google. We will share your offer letter shortly thru email, you may leave for now. See you soon in Google”

Step 13: You thanked her and rushed to the door of that room, you do not want to wait for the elevator and run down the staircase. Take out your mobile and call your parents and say “Mommmmmmmmmm, yayyyyyyyy I got selected in Google”

Step 14: Now you head back to home with excitement and go directly into a sweet shop and buy sweets for all

Step 15: You are now in your room checking your emails. You see “Offer Letter-From Google Corp” in the subject and are astonished to see that you have been given more than you asked for!

That is it; you attracted your desired job using LOA and Visualization!  My friend this is how I attracted the job offer and am sure this evening I will get an email with my offer.

He told me all this and I was stunned to know how he attracted a job using visualization. He added saying this, “At one point after I lost my job I did not even having 100 Rupees to recharge my mobile, but today am going to get 6Lakhs salary package all because the visualization and the belief that universe/God will give me what I wanted. After he told me this, all of a sudden he vanished. Only I was there sitting in front of the ocean. Yes it is my own story. I attracted my Job this way; you could write your own story once you attract your desired job. All the very best! 🙂

A story of a green eyed angel – How to attract Life Partner using Visualization 


I was rushing to the central railway station in Chennai to board TamilNadu Express. It was a rainy day in November and all the traffic was a standstill. Somehow I sneaked through the traffic and reached the railway station and got on the train. I had a 3rd A/C ticket and find out my sleeper. Within few minutes train started moving and then I saw a family sitting in front of me.  A two-year old little girl having an apple. I was amazed to see her Mother; it wasPooja!!. She has not noticed me, busy in feeding the apple to her kid. My memories pulled me back to my college days.

Pooja was my class mate. We both were good friends and she was the dream girl for many in our college. Most of the other department guys made me as their friend only to talk to Pooja! Her eyes are in green color and we used to call her as “Green eyed angel”. She herself an angel, very kind hearted, brave girl volunteered herself first for all the charity works, great dancer, drama play artist and more. I used to think how she is always happy.

All her happiness gone when she fell in love with a guy. Initially, they were great but the days passed by they had a break up which made Pooja fall in depression. One bad morning we came to know she tried to commit suicide. We rushed to the hospital and what we saw was an angel with broken wings, she was like a crushed flower lying on a road side. We came back to our college with heavyhearted and that was the last day we have seen this angel. Her father did not allow her to continue the education and the angel has flown back to New Delhi.

Someone brought me to the reality and it was Pooja. She is so happy now and after our initial conversation, I asked her what happened after she left Chennai.  She said she has locked herself in a room for several days and then one day decided to forget the past and live the life she always wanted to. Pooja has a soul mate life partner and she owns a dance school and teaches dance as it was her passion always.  She stared explaining to me how the visualization process changed her life. Here it is:

Pre-Visualization Steps:

1.    If you had a breakup or divorced or just came out of an ill-fated relationship stop thinking about that over and over, Remember you are not living in your past.

2.    Do not think the two worst words in English vocabulary ever in your life “Why me?”

3.    Always hug yourself in the morning – the most important person in this world is YOU.

4.       If you happen to think about your ex-guy/girl – do not curse them. Instead, bless them.

 Finding a Life Partner – Visualization Steps:

Step 1:

Visualize that you are going to attract the perfect partner of your life within a month(have a timeline). Have a mental picture of him/her how he/she looks like. Do not compare your life partner with a movie star. Be realistic, he/she should be kind at heart, supports you, understands you and be with you forever. Have a mental image and keep visualizing you are going to attract him/her very soon.


We can take an example here that you are working in an Information Technology company. You want to find the guy who is also working in this company.

Step 3:

You are entering into the large campus in your bike crossing the trees and flowers on either side of your road. You park your bike and thinking about your life partner.

Step 4:

You are walking towards your tower. It is a campus of more than ten towers. You need to walk for at least 10 mins to reach your workplace. You are enjoying the warm weather and walking slowly.  Fresh breeze embraces you and you are feeling so light. You feel today you are going to meet your life partner.

Step 5:

You reached your workstation and started checking your emails.  Suddenly you got an intuition you wanted to turn back. You are sitting in a room which has 300 desktops. It is a very large hall. You turned back and seeing one guy coming towards your direction. As he comes closer you got a divine feeling in your heart and he was the guy you were looking for!  There were other men walking around but your eyes are looking at him only. He is the perfect partner you have been visualized! He is the one created by God only for You!!! You ducks in immediately on your seat. Your heart is pumping and you cannot control your excitement! Takes out your mobile and text your best friend saying you have found your man!

Step 6:

You are going to Cafeteria and waiting for your best friend. She comes there and you hug her in super excitement and say “I have seen my dream boy!!”  She wished you and asks for a treat and both of you having fun and started eating the ice-cream.

Step 7:

Now that you met your guy at office and one of your team mates introduce you with him. You both exchanged your mobile/watsapp number. You feel so good whenever you chats with him.

Step 8:

Now, you both are known each other very well and spent some valuable time together. One day early morning you get a message from him and he says he wanted to tell you something very important. You know what it is and you dress up well had a decent make-up and going to meet him in Café coffee day.

Step 9:

He ordered the coffee and he appreciated your great outlook and kept calm for few minutes. Then he takes out the flower bouquet and says he is in love with you and he wants to marry you. Your heart becomes a butterfly and you feel you are an angel now. Some birds are singing in your ears and you are the happiest person on the planet at that moment.

Step 10:

You accepted (attracted indeed 😉 ) him and introduced him to your parents. They like him very much and your father asks him about his parents. All went well and you all have a dinner together in your favorite restaurant(fill this place with your favorite restaurant name)

Step 11:

Within few days, your marriage has been fixed and both of you planning for your wedding venue/dress and choosing the honeymoon location. He wants to go to Goa and you wants to go to Kerala to visit Boathouse. Ofcourse, you win and he says okay for Kerala! : )

Gratitude –  Two powerful practices and benefits


Gratitude practices are the most important practices for a Law of Attraction practitioners. In fact, gratitude practices are very simple to follow but the effect of these practices are significantly high. In this article, we will see few practices and their benefits.

If you keep doing gratitude practice, your mental strength will improve, your relationship will improve, you will get good sleep, your physical health will improve and more.

Being grateful for all the blessings we got in our life is the ONLY thing we can do it in return to God. God has given us this life which itself is a big blessing. To make your life beautiful is in our mind. If you are grateful for everything your life will become meaningful and beautiful. But how many of us saying thank you to God for what we have? We always thank God once our prayers are answered. Instead, we should thank and be grateful every minute of our life which will make our life the most beautiful one.

I have listed few gratitude practices to improve all your aspects of life. Follow these practices daily and you will see amazing results within 30 days!

  1. Gratitude Journal:

You would have heard about a gratitude journal if you are a Law of Attraction Practitioner. This is a very simple but very powerful practice to express your gratitude to this Universe/God.  All you need is a journal/notebook. You need to write your blessings daily in the morning in your gratitude journal. But are you practicing this practice in a correct way? If you “just” jolt down few points of your blessings and said thank you then it is not the correct way of doing it. When you write your blessing the words should come from your heart.

You should have a high vibrating happy mood while writing each and every word. Your body, mind, and soul should be in much happiness state. Because you are thanking your blessings! You could be grateful for your health, just remember how much you are blessed by God and how many people in this world does not have a good health like you. Think about that and never take your blessings as granted.

2.Hourly Thanks:

This is a reminder practice I do for years now. Have an hourly reminder saved in your mobile phone as “Time for Thank You 🙂 “. So, every one hour you will be reminded that you need to be grateful for the good things in your life. We all busy with our day to day work and easily forget to be grateful for the blessings we have in our life. Using this practice within few days your subconscious mind will be programmed for hourly gratitude practice. After a month, you need not have a reminder, automatically your heart will say thanks for all the good things/blessings in your life.


If you keep practicing these gratitude practices you will become an optimistic person. You will start thanking each and every thing in your life. You will be grateful for tiny things which you have taken as granted earlier. Your career, health, relationship, money, peacefulness everything will be improved and you will start appreciating the life instead of complaining.

All your dreams will come true one by one and you will get the abundance of life. You will start living in the present and your anxiety about future will vanish. Your self-esteem will be improved and you will be confident on all your activities. Your decision-making skills will be improved a lot if you keep practicing gratitude.

Gratitude helps you to overcome a negative situation because your mind will see only the positive things or try to change that negative situation into a positive one.

Overall gratitude makes you feel good all the time.
